The festive season is well and truly underway here, after our Victorians returned from 1897 to help decorate the Town Hall. For the final weekend of our 125th anniversary celebrations, we were joined by members of the Alan Breck Regiment and Catching the Past, who helped our visitors craft new decorations to hang on our tree. To the sound of festive period music, and sustained with mince pies and traditional lemonade, we decked the hall in suitable style and launched some new Christmas gift bundles for our shop.
